Tipsy Leprechaun Sangria

Ingredients

750ml bottle Pinot Grigio
2 limes, sliced thin
2 Kiwi fruit, peeled and thinly sliced
2 Sprigs Mint Leaves, removed from Stem
1 cup Green Grapes
1 or 2 Green Apples, sliced thin
2 cans lemon-lime soda, chilled
Extra for garnish Mint Leaves

Preparation
Combine all ingredients, except soda, in a pitcher and chill for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator. Add the soda immediately before serving.
